On the 9th of every month, I share eight insights into my psyche as I scheme to grow the Renaissance. I thought I ought to try sharing some of them right here. If they prove compelling, I’ll keep the practice up!

Shadow [18 August 2022] — The shadow Carl Jung described resonates with me. I’ve been sure for some time that I’d integrated mine. But I see my shadow swelling on this troubled path. I may grow more sinister if sin preserves our path.
Sinners [06 October 2022] — “I desire mercy, not sacrifice, for I come to call not the righteous, but sinners.” I find myself compelled to act in echo of this quote. Like its source, I compel the curious and queer. Kin as free as these are key to freeing all the rest.
Under the World [07 August 2023] — Painful as it is to drop so low within our culture, I perceive the necessity of my descent. Whence does Atlas lift the world? Where else but the bottom? Holy helpers often brave the depths to raise their kin.
Forging Family [06 October 2023] — “Who is my brother? Who is my mother? These who do my work.” Here, I paraphrase a statement of a sage I honor. He collected kindred who cared for more than blood. I intend to mimic him in searching for the same.
